shop item descriptions

miner - generates balance and cost increases exponentially

turret - fast fire rate with weak damage

rail gun - very slow fire rate with massive damage 

Build range x2 - increases building radius by 2  and cost increases exponentially

Tar - slows enemies down

Missile launcher - slow fire rate dealing aoe damage
